Mr. Jaroch is a Partner at Newbury, responsible for the origination, valuation, execution, and monitoring of secondary investments. Prior to Newbury, Mr. Jaroch was a Vice President in the Secondary Group at Auda Private Equity. Previously, Mr. Jaroch worked at Perry Capital pursuing transactions for the firm's credit business. Mr. Jaroch was a Vice President in the Private Placements Group at Salomon Smith Barney where he executed private equity transactions for clients. Mr. Jaroch was also a Senior Associate at Advest, concentrating on merger and acquisition transactions and equity financings for middle market healthcare companies. Mr. Jaroch graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School and received a BA from Amherst College.
